Ways to Pay



You can easily Make a Payment online. Click the Make a Payment icon at the bottom of the page to go through to our Online Payment form.

Via your bank

You can set up a standing order or make a payment directly into our account using telephone banking, internet banking or over the counter at any high street bank using the following details:

Please quote your agreement number as the reference and allow 3 working days for the payment to reach us.

By credit/debit card

You can pay via Credit or Debit card by calling 01604 402204. Please note that for a Credit card there is a 2% charge. We can only take a payment from the Credit or Debit Card holder.

By post

Please make cheques payable to Billing Finance Ltd and send to:

Please make sure that you put your agreement number and name on the back of the cheque. Please do not send cash.

In Person

You may visit our reception desk located at the front of our office during opening hours to make a payment. Our office opening hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm.

Direct Debit

Setting up a Direct Debit is a straightforward process and it means you remove the hassle of remembering to make your payments each month. All you need to do is complete the Direct Debit form and return it to us. 

Please remember that it can take up to 14 days to set up a new direct debit.

If you would like to increase your monthly Direct Debit instalment please call the office on 01604 402204.

It is important to remember that if you fail to make payments on time or fall into arrears, charges could be added to your account. We are clear and transparent about any charges we make and they are all listed below.

If you do feel as though you will struggle to meet your payment schedule, we will do everything we can to help. So please speak to one of our Credit Controllers as soon as possible.
